The famous green bottle is more than a beer. Its imagination, bottled — a testament to a storied way of life that puts pleasure first. Beer that tastes good and sets you free. They say that with the first town hall in New Amsterdam the Dutch brought bowling, cookies, and oil paintings to the new world — along with an unbridled sense of optimism and mischief. Now, New York’s flagship beer experience can stand as a monument to the Dutch masters of cask and the New Amsterdam that fostered its global expansion, starting from that first raucous Pier Party. A contemporary interpretation of a New New Amsterdam, built on the same principles: imagination, innovation and guts, in a historic building with a storied past all its own.

Dreams are a universal human experience that can be described as a state of consciousness characterized by sensory, cognitive and emotional occurrences during sleep. The dreamer has reduced control over the content, visual images and activation of the memory. Reports of dreams tend to be full of emotional and vivid experiences that contain themes, concerns, figures, and objects that correspond closely to waking life. As our guest steps from the Bowery to the lobby they cross into a world rich in earth tones and patterns. Textured glass elements abstract and distort the exterior from the interior. A mixture of natural materials with artificial, rough surfaces with smooth play on a dreamlike world of strange juxtaposition.

HVV – COMING SOON

INTERIOR DESIGN

The Hudson Valley Vineyards will be member’s tasting club and a sister property to the Milea Estate Vineyard. HVV will produce and sell ultra premium Sparkling Wine using the méthode champenoise and Pinot Noir from the state of New York as well as Chardonnay from the state of Oregon. The design pulls cues from the existing traditional farmhouse architecture, the lush surrounding landscapes of the Hudson Valley and has details that nod to French Provincial furniture contrasted by luxurious yet understated heirloom textiles.
