The Hudson Valley Vineyards will be member’s tasting club and a sister property to the Milea Estate Vineyard. HVV will produce and sell ultra premium Sparkling Wine using the méthode champenoise and Pinot Noir from the state of New York as well as Chardonnay from the state of Oregon.
